Prabjot Khosla brings extensive experience in techno-commercial strategy, commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, pricing strategy, and service operations. His expertise lies in connecting commercial objectives with operational execution, helping businesses translate growth ambitions into scalable, cost-effective delivery models aligned with evolving customer requirements.
Having led the development and scaling of India-based delivery operations from approximately 40 to over 1,500 FTEs within four years, he brings practical experience in building teams, establishing operating processes, strengthening delivery governance, and expanding capabilities in line with business demand.
At Stateside TIE Consulting, Prabjot focuses on developing tailored delivery solutions, establishing and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and building integrated finance, analytics, business operations, and technical delivery capabilities.
